This cottage is situated in the village of Wass in the North York Moors. Both bedrooms have marble tiled bathrooms with stylish chrome fittings and power showers in both. The sitting room and double bedroom enjoy views over the pretty garden. With the exception of the gently sloping pathway, once inside, the property is all on one level with no steps and ideal for all age groups and those with slight walking difficulties. The property is only 6 miles from Helmsley and Rievaulx and less than half a mile from Byland Abbey. York is approximately 35 minutes drive. There are 2 pubs, one in the village and the other in Byland Abbey both of which are within walking distance and offer excellent food.
