Three cottages situated on a working farm 4 miles north of Pickering in a very picturesque and peaceful location, this cottage has been completely renovated to a very high standard. Guests have use of a sauna and games room with pool table. There is a multi sports centre in the village offering football, tennis and other sports free of charge. There is a soundproofed linked doorway enabling properties 1256 and 1257 to be rented as one property sleeping 10 people and if rented together with Property 1255 can provide accommodation for up to 14 people. Two folding beds are also available at £25 each.

Accommodation 1257: Ground Floor:- Sitting Room with fireplace and gas flame effect fire, wide screen T.V with cinema surround sound, Video and DVD player. Kitchen and dining room with stable doors leading to private decked patio.A 3rd bedroom suitable for a wheelchair user is also located on the ground floor with zip link beds (3ft singles or 6ft double as above)and en-suite shower room with shower cubicle, wash hand basin, W.C and a wet shower area all fitted with hand rails. First Floor:- Twin bedroom (beds can be zipped together to make a 6ft double bed - please ask when booking) with en-suite shower room with shower cubicle with radio, water jets and steam jets, wash hand basin and w.c. Double bedroom with 5ft double bed and en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath, overhead power shower, wash hand basin and w.c. All Bedrooms have a colour T.V.
