Middleham is an extremely charming market town. It is home to two of the countries finest race horse trainers and you will often see the horses in the market square, there are over 15 race horse trainers in Middleham. It is a small market town but offers two excellent pubs which serve food daily as well as a village shop. Middleham Castle was once home to Richard III and known in former times as "Windsor of The North". Other popular market towns, Leyburn and Richmond are close by and the surrounding area offers an excellent selection of country pubs.
The cottage has been carefully restored, retaining many beams and features which give great character. It is a small cottage which offers 2 bedrooms and can sleep four people.
