This property has just been completely renovated to provide a stylish holiday home for 8 people. Please note that some of the staircases are steep leading to the top floor and so this may not be suitable for people with walking difficulties.

Ground Floor:-
Entrance into Games room with small pool table.
Open plan sitting room & dining room with patio doors leading to enclosed private garden.
Kitchen.
Downstairs cloakroom.

First Floor:-
The property has 2 staircases, one which leads from the sitting room and the other which leads through a doorway at the end of the kitchen and leads into the twin bedroom.
Twin room which is accessed by the doorway at the end of the kitchen. Please note there is not a door at the top of the stairs but there is a door at the bottom.
House Bathroom with large double ended bath, separate shower, wash hand basin and w.c. This bathroom is located between a double bedroom and the twin bedroom and can be accessed via either bedroom.
Double Bedroom with 5ft double bed.
Second double bedroom with 5ft bed and en suite shower room with large shower, wash hand basin and w.c.

Second Floor:-
A double room occupies the whole of this floor. There are beams and some of the areas of the room have limited height restrictions. For this reason, it has not been possible to put in a wardrobe, however, there is ample wardrobe space in the first floor double bedroom.
This room also has an en suite shower room with shower, small wash hand basin and w.c.

Outside:-
Large private enclosed patio garden with table and chairs and BBQ
