Open plan kitchen, sitting room and dining area. The entire ground floor is wheelchair accessible. Ground floor bedroom with double bed and wet room with wash hand basin and w.c, again this is wheelchair accessible.
Please note if you only require the use of the upstairs bedrooms the bed in the downstairs bedroom folds into the wall to look like a bookcase. The dining table and chairs can then be moved into this room so you can have a separate dining room. (Please ask when booking).

First Floor
1 Double bedroom with En-suite bathroom with bath, overhead shower, wash hand basin and w.c.
1 Twin room with En-suite shower room with shower, wash hand basin and w.c.

Outside
Both cottages have a private, secure patio area with BBQ and garden furniture.
