This is a second floor apartment in a new development overlooking Whitby Marina. The apartment offers a secure underground car park and there is a lift from the car park to the second floor. The doors in the apartment are wide enough for a wheelchair. The apartment is a short walk from the centre of Whitby and the beach.

The apartment is on one level. There is an entrance hall with large cupboard for storing suitcases, outdoor equipment etc. There is a twin bedroom and a double bedroom. The bathroom has a bath, overhead shower, wash hand basin and w.c.
