This cottage is located just outside the centre of Ripon, approximately 10 - 15 minutes walk. The cottage is very cosy and can sleep up to four people. There is a small enclosed patio and guests may also use the field just across the lane which also belongs to the owners.

Ground Floor:-
Sitting Room with gas effect coal fire and dining table and chairs to seat 4.
Kitchen with washer / dryer, dishwasher, fridge, gas hob and electric oven.
House bathroom with bath, overhead shower, wash hand basin and w.c.

First Floor:-
The stairs leading to the first floor are slightly narrow and steep. Please note that the top of the staircase leads straight into the twin bedroom, therefore the property is not suitable for small children.
