This cottage is one of 5 set around a very pretty enclosed courtyard. Awarded 9.4 out of 10 by Mumsnet these cottages are ideal for families. Each cottage also has it's own private patio with table and chairs and BBQ as well as the main enclosed courtyard. There is a dedicated childrens' play area with a slide and swings and children can also visit the goats, chickens, horses and rabbits. There is also a little farm shop which sells eggs and everything from the organic farm. The swimming pool is available all year around, there is a small gym area and a sauna.

If you book either Bedford Corner or West End as well as September Loft then there is a 25% discount of the published rates for September Loft

The owners believe very strongly in trying to help save the earth’s precious resources. To this end they already have a variety of renewable energy systems in place:-
Heating
The whole site is heated by a biomass boiler using woodchip sourced locally from waste wood or wood pellets from sustainable forests.  They also grow willow for coppicing and chipping and logs are cut on site from waste wood and from coppicing in the woodland. One of the first things guests will see as they arrive in the car park is the solar tracker system – a large solar panel that tracks the sun over the southern sky. The tracker heats the swimming pool for much of the year, whilst further solar panels provide hot water for the cottages.
Water
They collect and cleanse grey water, together with harvested rainwater for use in irrigation for the vegetable and fruit gardens.  In future rainwater will also be used for topping up the swimming pool – ideal as all incoming water is pumped though the existing filtration and disinfection system.

Entrance via external staircase.
Studio room with double bed, sofa, gas fire, dining table and chairs for 2 and kitchen with oven, 2 ring hob and fridge.
Shower Room with shower, wash hand basin and w.c.
