This Georgian townhouse is located in the fashionable Stockbridge area of the city. There are plenty of food shops, cafes and restaurants all within a few minutes walk. Princes Street is approximately 20 minutes walk. Inverleith Park is two minutes away with the Botanic Gardens no more than five minutes. The house occupies 3 floors and also has an enclosed garden.

Kitchen with table and chairs to seat 8. Double oven, gas hob and dishwasher.

There is a secure rear garden with large trampoline (used at guests own risk), there is also a BBQ and table and chairs.
There is one parking space located to the side of the property in the cricket club car park ( a permit will be issued on arrival).
There is free parking outside at weekends and ticketed parking during the week.
