Only 20 miles from the M6/M74 corridor, 2 hours from Glasgow & Edinburgh, 3 from Manchester and Birmingham, Dalkeith House is the perfect location for a get together.
Dalkeith House has been completely renovated to provide a truly lovely holiday home. The house has beautifully proportioned rooms with high ceilings and many rooms still have the original cornicing. The owners have decorated the house with a mixture of traditional and contemporary furnishings. The kitchen is very modern and provides everything you will need during your stay. Located in the centre of this small Scottish Borders village you can enjoy the best of both worlds, there are some local shops and restaurants all within walking distance and the countryside is literally on your doorstep.
The TV room has a huge wide screen 3DHD T.V as well as 3D DVD player and gaming; PS3 and Xbox There is a lovely more formal sitting room which has an open fireplace. There is also a formal dining room as well as breakfast room which has a door leading to the very pretty walled garden.
